Breaded Cutlets
Usually chicken or veal. you will need 4 shallow dishes for dreading
ingredients
- 4 pieces of Chicken/Veal
- 2 eggs beaten
- seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- seasonings

Flatten chicken or veal with a mallet. Look for a piece approximately 1/4 thick

Dip each piece into milk then dread into flour.

Once coated with flour. then dip into egg batter and dread into breadcrumbs.

Fry in skillet for 3 mins or so on each side until brown. Season as you go with garlic salt/powder, onion powder, and pepper.
