Annie’s Favorite Lemon Chicken
ingredients
- 1 cup lemons (lemons)
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 t kosher salt
- 1 t freshly ground black pepper
- 1 T minced fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 t dried)
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (more or less according to your love for garlic)
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Can be frozen in the marinade. Great to make a lot and eat cold throughout the week.
