Mushroom Snacks

ingredients
- 2 cups finely chopped canned mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons jarred minced onions
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 8-ounce tube crescent roll dough
directions
Combine mushrooms, onion, garlic, dill, salt and pepper in small bowl. Melt butter in saute pan and add mushroom mixture. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until moisture dissolves. Set aside to cool. Once mixture is cooled, stir in sour cream. Gently unroll dough and separate where marked to create two rectangles. Place dough on sheet of plastic wrap and spread with mushroom mixture. Roll rectangles into logs and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate logs for at least 30 minutes. Remove logs from refrigerator and cut into 1 inch pinweels. Lay pinwheels on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
