Soy-Ginger Marinated Flank Steak
Best when cooked on th grill. a real summertime favorite with the kids.
ingredients
- 1 good size flank steak or London Broil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ibs balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbs grated fresh ginger
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- Ground black pepper

Place meat in a large plastic ziplock bag.

Mix all other ingredients and pour directly into the bag, making sure to cover the meat in the marinade. I even drop the squeezed lime in there.

Move marinated meat into the fridge, the longer the better for me, overnight if possible, but 45 mins to 1 hr should get you there.

Preheat a charcoal or gas grill on high, remove meat and discard the marinade. Grill meat, depending on size, 6-7 mins p/side for medium rare.

Serve with fresh grilled or steamed vegetables.
