Glazed Cranberry Chicken
ingredients
- 5 lbs. chicken pieces, skinless
- 2 16oz cans of whole cranberry sauce
- 2 8oz bottles of reduced-calorie Russian or French salad dressing
- 2 envelopes (one box) of union soup mix
directions

Wash the chicken pieces and place in the pan

In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, salad dressing, and soup mix

Pour mix over the chicken

Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 1 hour

Spoon glaze over the chicken once or twice during baking

Serve chicken on a platter, with hot cooked rice
