I made this yesterday for my daughter's birthday, but made a few changes. My grocery store didn't sell pink lemonade, so I got one called strawberry breeze (and I used the entire can). The other change I made was to use berry sherbert instead of strawberry ice cream. It still didn't look like the picture, but tasted amazing. Every mother asked for the recipe.
Tried this with sorbet and it looks great.
In case you are considering making this in hopes that it will look like the picture be warned - it doesn't. I just mixed up a batch (it makes a ton) and it looks like pink milk. It tastes fine, but if you care at all about aesthetics, be warned.
I can't access the full recipe =(
Will use at Mother/Daughter Brunch in May. Sounds delicious.
