- 3 CUPS RHUBARB
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- COOK UNTIL SOFT, NO WATER; (COOL A LITTLE BIT)
- 2 EGG YOLKS
- 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 TBSL FLOUR
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 TSP NUTMEG
- 1 TSP VANILLA
directions
PLACE IN UNCOOKED SHELL BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINS, THEN AT 325 FOR 30 MIN. PLACE MERNQUE ON PIE AND BAKE FOR 15 MINS LONGER
