  • 3/4 CUP SUGAR
  • COOK UNTIL SOFT, NO WATER; (COOL A LITTLE BIT)
  • 2 EGG YOLKS
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 2 TBSL FLOUR
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 1 TSP NUTMEG
  • 1 TSP VANILLA

PLACE IN UNCOOKED SHELL BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINS, THEN AT 325 FOR 30 MIN. PLACE MERNQUE ON PIE AND BAKE FOR 15 MINS LONGER
