Molinelli Ravioli
Homemade Ravioli from Start to Finish
ingredients
- Dough:
- 3 1/2 Cup Flour
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 Cup Milk
- Filling:
- 1 Package Frozen Spinach
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 T. Olive Oil
- 1 T. Butter
- 1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 2 T. Dried Mushrooms

Crust:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put dough on table and kneed for 2 minutes or until smooth. Set aside for 2 hours in a covered bowl or over night in refrigerator. Roll out and prepare for filling.

Filling:

Cook and squeeze all liquid out of the spinach. Brown the ground beef separate. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl.

Spoon filling into ravioli dough and seal. Boil for 12 minutes or until they float.
