Pineapple Cheese Ball
This is Sister’s Thanksgiving favorite.
ingredients
- 2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 2 tbsp green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Season Salt
- 2 cups chopped pecans

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onion, green pepper, season salt and 1 cup of pecans.

Mold into a ball and wrap in wax paper.

Refrigerate overnight.

Roll ball in remaining cup of pecans before serving.

Best served with Wheat Thins.
