PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
This is a no bake recipe the kids love to make. It is a great high protein snack to take along to meets and games.
ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup non fat dried milk powder
- 1/2 cup honey
- Graham cracker crumbs
directions
Mix together peanut butter, milk powder, and honey with a fork. Make into 1 inch balls, and then roll in the graham cracker crumbs. Place on cookie sheet,and freeze for about 2 hours to set.
