White Bean and Herb Sandwich
ingredients
- 1 cup white beans
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp chives
- 1 Tsp dill
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 1/8 Tsp pepper
- 2 oz nonfat cream cheese
- 1 cucumber
- lettuce or sprouts
- wheat bread
directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. Add more herbs and lemon juice as needed to taste. Spread mixture on bread and add veggies.
