Pistachio Dessert
ingredients
- 1st layer:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2nd layer:
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 2/3 powdered sugar
- 1/2 of a large tub of cool whip
- 3rd layer:
- 2 packages instant pistachio pudding
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 4th layer:
- rest of cool whip container

Mix flour, butter, sugar, and pecans. Mix and pat into lightly buttered 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees and remove.

2nd layer:

Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Add cool whip. Mix together and spread over 1st layer.

Beat pistachio pudding with milk. Spread over 2nd layer.

Spread remaining cool whip over pudding.
