Cream Cheese Fondue
Tom’s absolute favorite dish that I’ve ever made.
ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 1/2 oz. sliced dried beef or cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 clove garlic, minced
directions
Combine the above ingredients in order in fondue pot. Cover and heat until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes. Serve with veggies, bread, or potatoes.
