  • 1 Can Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Cups Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Stalk Celery diced
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves Diced
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Water
  • Cooking Oil
