Artichoke and Spinach Casserole
ingredients
- 1 can artichokes
- 2 10-oz packages frozen, chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Ritz crackers, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350

Coat casserole dish with nonstick spray.

Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain well.

Place artichokes in bottom of casserole dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in another bowl, then pour mixtures over artichokes. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes
