Roquefort Dressing

Great on a wedge salad.
ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, mashed
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ground pepper, to taste
- 2 drop worcester sauce
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1-1 1/4 oz pkg roquefort cheese
- 1/2 pint sour cream

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.

Add sour cream.

Refrigerate 24-hours.

Will keep indefinitely in the frig. Thin with sour cream, if necessary.
