Vegetable Soup

ingredients

  • 2 cans mixed vegatables
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 medium potatoes diced
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can of pintos or northern beans
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 sm can V-8
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 lb of soup meat
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

directions

    Add oil to soup pot. Saute onions and garlic until translucent.

    Sear all sides of soup meat in onions and garlic. Add beef and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.

  • 3

    Add all other ingredients into pot. Stir well, bring to a boil. Lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes
