Tomato Mozzarella Salad w/ Avocado
ingredients
- 2 Large Fresh Mozzarella Balls (sliced 1/4 inch thick)
- 4 Ripened Tomatoes (sliced 1/4 inch thick)
- 6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves (diced)
- 2 Sliced Avocados
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper

Layer mozzarella slices, tomato slices and avocado slices on plate or platter. Sprinkle with diced basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vingar.
