Susan's Cheese Soup
ingredients
- 1/2 Stick margarine or butter
- 3 green onions chopped
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 2 carrots grated
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 2 cans potato soup
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
- parsley flakes
- black pepper
- dash Tabasco
- 8 oz sour cream
directions
Saute butter, green onions, celery, and carrots. Add broth and soup and simmer 30 minutes. Add cheese, parsley and pepper and cook 10 minutes on low.
