- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 16oz package powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350.

Beat together cake mix, 2 eggs and butter.

Spread mixture into a 9x13 pan

For Topping:

Beat together:

Cream cheese, 2 eggs, and 1 box powdered sugar.

Spread over top of first mixture and bake 30-35 minutes
