Blackwell's Twice Baked Potatoes
ingredients
- 3 Yukon Gold potatoes
- 3oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 T butter
- Garlic salt (to taste)
- Onion salt (to taste)
- Paprika
directions
Bake potatoes until fully cooked. Cut in half and scoop out potatoes and place in bowl and mash. Add in all remaining ingredients and fill potatoes skins back in with mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and serve hot.
