Potato Casserole Supreme
ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package (30 oz.) shredded hash brown potatoes
- 8 medium sliced green onions (1/2 cup)
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Mix the first five ingredients. Stir potatoes and onions into this mixture and transfer into greased baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 15 minutes or until golden brown.
