Fruit and Yogurt Smoothies

ingredients

  • BANANA STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 3 equal pieces
  • 5 large fresh or frozen strawberries, stems removed and halved lengthwise if fresh
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • RAZZLEBERRY SMOOTHIE
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 3 equal pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • PEACH SMOOTHIE
  • 1 banana, peeled and cut into 3 equal pieces
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 peaches, skin on, pitted and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup crushed ice

directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until they are smooth but still thick. (Remember that the banana is what keeps the drinks thick.)
