Ashlie Snyder Dip
From the kitchen of Debbie McConnell Moore. “April came home from staying at Ashlie Snyder’s house carrying a container of dip that she loved so much she begged me to re-create it! I did and now it’s a favorite! We call it Ashlie Snyder dip and we have it every Christmas...or when the girls beg for it!”
ingredients
- 2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 8oz container of sour cream
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 2 small cans chopped black olives
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 jar bacon bits
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 finely chopped bell pepper
- 1 finely chopped red onion

Mix cream sheese and lemon juice in a mixer until smooth. Add sour cream and miracle whip; stir by hand.

Mix remaining ingredients and store in fridge until ready to eat!

This dip is perfect with cracker or vegatables.
