Cocoa Fudge Cake

Very Moist Chocolate Cake.Better than a box mix.
ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon of Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
- Sift these together.
- Wet ingredients:
- 1 cup of Buttermilk
- 1 cup of veg. oil
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 2 eggs

Add buttermilk,oil,eggs,vanilla and beat well. Then add dry ingredients slowly while mixing. Then add the boiling water at the very last. Batter will be very thin.

Pour into a 9x13 greased cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
