Green Jello Salad

Mammaw Buckle made this for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It looks very festive with the green jello and red cherries.
ingredients
- 2 boxes jello, 1 lemon and 1 lime, small 3 oz size
- 12 oz cottage cheese - small curd
- 1 & 3/4 cups water
- 1 large can Pet milk (it’s a brand, not for animals)
- 1 large can crushed pineapple - drained
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup marachino cherries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Make jello according to package instructions.

Add other ingredients.

Oil a bundt pan. Pour jello mix in. Refrigerate till set.

(You can also pour into any pan. The bundt pan just makes it decorative looking, but it can be hard to get it out of the pan when done. You turn the pan upside down and hope the jello mix comes out solid.)
