Sausage Seasoned Rice

ingredients
- 1 lb ground mild pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, diced
- 1/2 small red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 4 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 4 green onions, diced

Cook first 5 ingredients in a large skillet over medium-high heat until sausage crumbles and is no longer pink, drain.

Add rice, cook 5 minutes, stirring often.

Stir in broth and next 4 ingredients, bring to a boil. cover

Reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.

Uncover and cook 5 more minutes. Stir in green onions.
