Nan's Cheese Grits
ingredients
- 1.5 cup grits
- 6 cups boiling water
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
- dash Tabasco
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup butter
directions
Preheat oven to 275°. Cook grits in water until very thick. Add remaining ingredients and bake in greased casserole dish for 1 hour.
