Ingredients

  • 9 egg yolks
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar

directions

Scald cream and mix with egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Fill ramekins and place them in a pan of hot water and bake for 20 minutes.
