Pota CreamAnna Marie Johnson Teague
This is Sity’s much-abbreviated version of the Pots de Creme recipe.
- 9 egg yolks
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar
Scald cream and mix with egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Fill ramekins and place them in a pan of hot water and bake for 20 minutes.
