Fresh Vegetable Casserole
ingredients
- 8 small new potatoes
- 8 baby carrots
- 1 small cauliflower (florets)
- 4 stalks asparagus (in 1" pieces)
- 3 TB butter
- 3 TB flour
- 2 cups milk
- salt/pepper
- Shredded cheddar

Cook vegetables until crisp/tender and put into buttered casserole.

Melt butter and stir in flour, after it bubbles, add milk gradually, whisking to avoid lumps.

Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over vegetables and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until hot.
