Scalloped Corn and Potatoes
ingredients
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes, drained
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 4 cups soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Stir together: tomatoes,corn,eggs,flour,sugar and pepper.

Topping: In a saucepan, cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Remove from heat and stir in crumbs and parmesan.

Sprinkle topping on corn and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
