ingredients

  • 6 large Potatoes or pre-bagged & chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt sour cream
  • 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar
  • 1/2C chopped onions
  • 1/2C butter
  • 1/2C melted butter
  • 1 1/2C Crushed corn flakes

    Base:

  • 2

    Melt butter, add soup and sour cream and fold in cooked chopped potatoes, onions and cheese.

    Topping:

  • 4

    combine 1/2 C melted butter and corn flakes. Spread flakes across top of casserole base mixture

  • 5

    bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
