California Potatoes
ingredients
- 6 large Potatoes or pre-bagged & chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt sour cream
- 1 1/2 C shredded cheddar
- 1/2C chopped onions
- 1/2C butter
- 1/2C melted butter
- 1 1/2C Crushed corn flakes

Base:

Melt butter, add soup and sour cream and fold in cooked chopped potatoes, onions and cheese.

Topping:

combine 1/2 C melted butter and corn flakes. Spread flakes across top of casserole base mixture
- 5
bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
