Chocolate Cream Cheese Cupcakes
Tasty fresh and out of the freezer.
ingredients
Cupcakes- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups cold water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8oz cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
directions
Cupcakes
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking soda. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Put in cupcake papers 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Filling

Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Put 1 tbsp filling on top of unbaked cupcakes.

Bake at 350F for approximately 12 minutes.
