ingredients

Crust
  • 2 sticks of pie crust package mix
  • 1 tblsp. poppy seeds
Filling
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cup chopped salami
  • 1/3 sliced green onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups dairy sour cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare pastry for two-crust pie, stir in poppy seeds. Roll 1/16“ thick on lightly floured cloth-covered board, cut into 3” rounds, put into muffin cups.

    Combine cheese, salami and onion spoon into muffin cups. Beat eggs slightly, stir in sour cream, salt, and Worcestershire. Pour about one tablespoon of sour cream and egg mixture into each muffin cup and bake 20-25 minutes until light brown.

TO REHEAT: Heat oven to 350° and warm for 10 minutes. Mom usually made this for card club. Carolyn and I would get any extras.
