Mixed Nut Bars
Another great bar recipe from the Minnesota Aunts!
ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 oz butterscotch chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup
- 12 oz can mixed nuts
directions

Mix together butter, brown sugar and flour and pat in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes, remover from oven and cool slightly.

Spread mixed nuts over crust in pan.

In saucepan, mix together 2 tablespoons butter, butterscotch chips and corn syrup. When melted, pour mixture over nuts and bake an additional 10 minutes
