Zucchini Cake

ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour milk (add 1 tsp lemon juice & sit for 5 minutes)
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 2 cups zucchini, chopped (not shredded)

Cream margarine, oil & sugar.

Add eggs, vanilla & sour milk. Beat until smooth.

Mix all dry ingredients. Add to cream mixture.

Stir in zucchini. Pour into 9x12 pan.

Put chocolate chips & nuts on top if desired.

Bake @ 325°, 40-45 minutes.
