Cheese Crackers
ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups flour
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1/2 tablespoon cayenne
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- Pinch of garlic salt
directions
Cut butter in flour until it resembles corn meal. Mix in cheese, salt, cayenne. Fold in Rice Krispies. Pinch off small piece and put on ungreased cookie sheet. Mash flat with fork. Continue until all is done. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
