ingredients

  • 2 l0 oz packages of frozen corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 pints whipping(heavy) cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Thaw corn and put into buttered shallow casserole dish.

    3. Beat together eggs, sugar, salt and pepper.

  • 4

    4.Add cream and beat briefly, just to combine.

  • 5

    5. Pour over corn.

  • 6

    6. Dot with remaining butter and bake uncovered for 50-60 mins or until set.
