ingredients

  • 4 cups strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 3/4 cup lemon juice, chilled
  • 1 1/2 quarted ginger ale, chilled
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Garnish
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries

    Mash 4 cups berries with 1/2 cup sugar.

    Let stand 1 hour.

  • 3

    Force through strainer.

  • 4

    Add rest of the ingredients to chilled punch bowl.

    Garnish w/ berries& serve.

    (For large groups, I like to make a batch ahead sans ginger ale, freeze the punch in a ring mold and use that instead of ice cubes. Lemon& orange slices placed at bottom of mold& freeze well).
