What to do with the leftovers...what to do, what to do....oh! Make these wraps! What a good idea...
Leftover turkey (or chicken, or pork chops, whatever)
cucumber
olives
Greek style yogurt
whole grain flour tortilla
Slice the leftover meat, set aside. Cut off the ends of the cucumber and slice into thin rounds. Chop the olives roughly. Mix ¼ cup plain fat-free Greek style yogurt (i like fage brand) with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir the cucumber into the yogurt dressing. Spread the yogurt mixture in the middle of the tortilla. Top with the sliced meat and olives. fold in the sides and roll up.

serve with pita chips, carrots and a little hummus for the dippin....
