  • 2 small packages blackberry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 15-oz. can blueberries
  • 1 8-1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
Topping
  • 1 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • chopped nuts

This is my all-time favorite gelatin salad. Sometimes it's hard to find the blackberry Jello at the grocery store.
