Lisa's Salsa
ingredients
- 3 cans (somewhat drained) Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup (or a little less) diced onion (frozen chopped onion is quick!)
- 1 cup (or a cupped handful) chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
