  • 3 cans (somewhat drained) Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 cup (or a little less) diced onion (frozen chopped onion is quick!)
  • 1 cup (or a cupped handful) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
