Tommy's Pistachio Cake

ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
- 1 box white cake mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
- 1/3 cup of oil
- 1/2 mini chocolate chips (optional)
- Icing:
- 1 pkg pistachio pudding
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of milk

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all cake ingredients in a bowl and pour into a greased tube/bundt pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.

For icing, beat all ingredients on high until you achieve a thick consistency. Ice the cake after it is thoroughly cooled.
