Pasta with Vodka Cream Sauce
ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Clove of Garlic (Minced)
- 28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Cup Half & Half
- 1/4 Cup Vodka
- 1/4 tsp Dried Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 lb Rigatoni or Penne Pasta
- Parmesan Cheese

Melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and saute for about 8 minutes.

Add undrained tomatoes and simmer about 25 minutes.

Add half & half, vodka, and red pepper and boil for several minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Pour over cooked pasta, add parmesan cheese and toss well.
