Buttery Good Pineapple-Orange Pudding

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11-ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1(8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices white bread, cut into 3/4-inch squares

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Gently stir in orange segments, pineapple and bread cubes. Mix together lightly. Pour into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish or 8x4-inch loaf pan.

Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm, garnished with more orange segments if desired.
