Spinach Crunch
This is a Wilson traditional holiday meal recipe –Holly’s favorite.
ingredients
- 26-30 oz. frozen spinach
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (lite works well)
- 1 jar marinated artichoke, chopped
- 1 stick butter (I use 4 oz.)
- 1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced or chopped
- 1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all together – place in greased casserole.

Optional – sprinkle with seasoned crumbs and parmesan cheese

Bake @ 350 approx. 45 min
