Spinach Crunch

This is a Wilson traditional holiday meal recipe –Holly’s favorite.

ingredients

  • 26-30 oz. frozen spinach
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened (lite works well)
  • 1 jar marinated artichoke, chopped
  • 1 stick butter (I use 4 oz.)
  • 1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced or chopped
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

    Mix all together – place in greased casserole.

  • 2

    Optional – sprinkle with seasoned crumbs and parmesan cheese

  • 3

    Bake @ 350 approx. 45 min
