Chicken & Pear White Pizza
ingredients
- Thin Boboli Pizza Crust
- Roasted Chicken
- Bosc Pear
- Shredded Motz Cheese
- Goat Cheese (tube/roll)
- Tomato (if you would like)

Spread goat cheese all over the Boboli crust (as you would if you were using red sauce)

Peel and thinly slice the pear (very thin)

Place pear slices on top of goat cheese (making a layer of pears all over the pizza)

Remove chicken meat and place on the pears (use as much as you would like - I don’t go supper heavy but enough so you get the flavor and texture of the chicken)

Generously sprinkle Motz cheese all over pizza.

If you would like put sliced tomatoes on top.

Season with salt & pepper

Bake as per the Boboli cooking instructions.
