Shrimp Pasta Supreme by Samantha Beyl
ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked and peeled shrimp, minus the hard tail
- 2 red bell peppers, chopped into bite sized pieces
- Mushrooms, cleaned and quartered
- 2 bunches green onions, diced (as much as you can get out of the whole stock)
- Family Size Cheese Tortellini (refrigerated)
- Knorr brand Cheddar Broccoli sauce mix
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 Tbspn butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Olive Oil

Boil water in large pan with some oil. When boiling add tortellini and cook. Drain.

In large skillet, heat olive oil. When hot, add chopped red peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add shrimp. Cover and sautee until shrimp is cooked through. Add butter, milk, and sauce mix. Stir thoroughly. Add drained tortellini. Stir coating all pieces. Cover and simmer 2 minutes.

This is the recipe that I made up for dinner tonight and we loved it, so Jordan said I needed to put it on the board to share with the other wives!
