Pumpkin Squares
ingredients
Crust- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 can (1 lb) can mashed pumpkin
- 1 can (13.5 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat 350°.

For crust, mix flour, brown sugar, oats and butter until crumbly. Press into ungreased 13x9 inch pan. Bake 10-15 minutes.

For filling, beat all ingredients together until mixed well. Pour over baked crust. Bake 20 minutes.

For topping, combine pecans, brown sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over pumpkin filling. Bake 15-20 minutes or until filling is set.

Cool then cut into squares
