Chocolate Gooey Bars

- 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 6oz pkg chocolate chips
- 2 cups cheerios cereal
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
directions

Melt butter in jelly roll pan. Sprinkle and pat dry cake mix over butter. Spread next 3 ingredients evenly over cake mix.

Drizzle milk evenly over all.

Bake in 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cereal is golden brown. Run knife around edge of pan while it is still warm to loosen. Cool 2 hours. Cut into bars.
